In this article, we will learn how to set auto-reply in Whatsapp Business. Friends if you are using normal Whatsapp and want to set an auto-reply to your incoming messages then you simply need to start using Whatsapp Business it is very much the same as normal Whatsapp but has a lot more features.
In Whatsapp Business, there are two ways to send an auto-reply.
- Greeting Message: This method will help you to send an auto-reply to new clients contacting you for the first time or people contacting you after 14 days.
- Away Messages: This method will send messages to all incoming messages.
So to set auto-reply in Whatsapp Business you need to follow the steps.
Enable Greeting Message.
- In Whatsapp Business press three dots on the right side corner of the screen.
- Here press on Business Tools.
- Now under messaging press on Greeting Message.
- Press on enable button on the right top corner of the screen.
- Press save.
Enable Away Messages.
- In Whatsapp Business press three dots on the right side corner of the screen.
- Here press on Business Tools.
- Now under messaging press on Away Message.
- Press on enable button on the right top corner of the screen.
- Press save.
